吉隆坡20日讯）PESTECH国际（PESTECH International Bhd）与Gartena Holdings Ltd签署一项谅解备忘录（MoU），探讨在东盟地区提议和发展转废为能（Waste-2-Enegry）解决方案的合作机会。
Gartena是一家在英国和瑞典营运的公司，开发并持有技术先进、高效和环保的转废为能工艺的全球专利。
PESTECH今日向大马交易所报备，双方希望根据MoU，在东盟地区合作提出和发展转废为能解决方案。

PESTECH INTERNATIONAL BHD had entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Gartena Holdings Ltd to explore the opportunity to cooperate in proposing and developing Waste-2-Energy solutions in the ASEAN region.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said Gartena is a company operating in United Kingdom and Sweden which has developed and holds the worldwide patent for the world technically advanced, efficient and environmentally friendly Waste-2-Energy process.

（吉隆坡14日讯）PESTECH国际（PESTECH，5219，主板工业股）建议，派发每股0.5仙的终期股息。
PESTECH国际周四向交易所报备，将在来临的第10届股东大会上，寻求股东们通过此次建议。
该集团表示，在获得股东相关批准后，在2021财年总共派发每股1.5仙股息，相当于2021财年净利的17.20%派息率。
至于派息的享有和派发日则待定。
周四闭市，PESTECH国际报1.20令吉，无起落，成交量为428万7800股。
