PESTECH International explores the business opportunity in Lithium-Ion battery recycling



KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 13): PESTECH International Bhd has teamed up with Singapore-based Green Li-Ion Pte Ltd to explore the possibility of collaborating in lithium-ion battery recycling activities and businesses in Malaysia and Cambodia.

PESTECH is keen to explore business in the lithium-ion battery recycling business after entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Green Li-Ion Pte. Ltd, a Singapore-based company involved in the activity.

The 114kWp rooftop solar PV system has been successfully installed at PESTEC's Section U5 office in Shah Alam, Selangor. By installing this solar system, we have played our part to go green, reduce our reliance on municipally supplied power and lower the carbon footprint.
PESTEC has installed Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations consists of 2 units of 22kW EV Charger at Shaftsbury Square, Cyberjaya. The installation is essential for the Malaysia’s first EV ride-sharing platform with Malaysia’s leading car sharing network, SOCAR. The EV Chargers are tethered with predominantly used Type 2 Gun supplying a resilient charge of 22kW for the primarily used Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), Renault Zoe.
PESTEC’s 22kW EV Chargers were installed at DPulze Shopping Mall, Cyberjaya. The EV Chargers are tethered with predominantly used Type 2 Gun supplying a resilient charge of 22kW for the primarily used Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), Renault Zoe.
By installing the EV Charging Stations, PESTEC has enabled the facilities for EV charging in which increase the demand and purchase of the EVs. This indirectly contribute to sustainable environment as the EV usage will help to reduce carbon emission.
