The agreement was signed by Mr. Vind Sidhu, Chief Executive Officer of PEN and Mr. Izham bin Ismail, Chief Executive Officer of MAEVI.

With the signing of the CA today, PEN and MAEVI will also cooperate in utilizing each other’s know-how technology in the pursuit of opportunities in the market. This includes combining and leveraging their technical expertise and capabilities.
