NEW ISSUE OF SECURITIES (CHAPTER 6 OF LISTING REQUIREMENTS) : ESOS PESTECH INTERNATIONAL BERHAD ("PESTECH" OR THE "COMPANY")
I. PROPOSED ESOS; AND
II. PROPOSED ALLOCATION (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")
PESTECH INTERNATIONAL BERHAD
On behalf of the Board of Directors of PESTECH, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:-
i. establishment of an employees's share option scheme ("ESOS") of up to 5% of the total number of issued shares of PESTECH (excluding treasury shares) at any point in time during the duration of the ESOS for the eligible Directors and employees of PESTECH and its subsidiaries (excluding dormant subsidiaries, if any) ("Proposed ESOS"); and
ii. allocation of ESOS options to the eligible Directors of PESTECH and persons connected with them pursuant to the Proposed ESOS ("Proposed Allocation").
